The warm hospitality from Diane and Mario makes you feel right at home. The apartment was tastefully decorated, equipped with all essential amenities, and had a serene sitting area to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby Iles of Orleans and Park Montmorency. While the views of the river and surrounding gardens are delightful, and the homemade breakfast is a lovely touch, the overall experience left me wanting a bit more polish. Despite its charming setting and friendly hosts, one must consider the value compared to what's offered. With room features like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, it meets basic expectations. Additional services like guided tours and organized activities could elevate the overall experience into something truly extraordinary. If your goal is a cozy, character-filled stay, the Auberge is certainly appealing.
